Popular Phoenix sports bar Coach & Willie’s hopes to open its long-delayed second location in downtown Chandler in March, according to the Republic.
Owners Eric Stoltz and Mark Simonek wanted to buy the building on the southeast corner of Boston Street and Arizona Avenue, but ended up signing a 10-year lease instead.
