Restaurant lineups for Devoured fest

Devoured, aka “The Valley’s Best Culinary Festival,” takes place this weekend on the grassy grounds of the Phoenix Art Museum, and an updated list of participating restaurants has been released:

Saturday: Arcadia Farms, Arrogant Butcher, Barrio Café, Bombay Spice Grill, Carte Blanche Gourmet Tacos, Chelsea’s Kitchen, Cheuvront, Cibo, District American Kitchen, Espressions Coffee Roastery, Fez, Four Peaks Brewing Co., Frank & Albert’s, Gallo Blanco, Green, J&G Steakhouse, Julia Baker Confections, La Grande Orange Grocery & Pizzeria, Ling & Louie’s, Los Taquitos, Maizie’s Café, Modern Steak, Narcisse Champagne & Tea Lounge, Olive & Ivy, Phoenix City Grille, Postino, Province, Relish Burger Bistro, Roka Akor, San Tan Brewing Co., Shula’s Steak House, St. Francis, Switch,  Taggia, Talavera, The Vig Uptown, The Parlor Pizzeria, True Food Kitchen, Urban Cookies, Verona Chophouse.

Sunday: Arcadia Farms, Beckett’s Table, Bliss & ReBAR, Caffé Boa & Boa Bistro, Carte Blanche Gourmet Tacos, Chelsea’s Kitchen, Cheuvront, Cibo, Citizen Public House, Cowboy Ciao, Delicious  Dishes, Different Pointe of View, District American Kitchen, El Chorro Lodge, Espressions Coffee Roastery, Fez, Frank & Albert’s, Green, Guerrilla Gourmet, Hana, Honey Moon Sweets, Hula’s Modern Tiki, Julia Baker Confections, Kai, La Grande Orange Grocery & Pizzeria, Narcisse Champagne & Tea Lounge, Petite Maison, Postino, Prado, Province, Relish Burger Bistro, San Tan Brewing, Short Leash Hotdogs, St. Francis, Switch, Tammie Coe Cakes, The Breadfruit, Tuck Shop, Vitamin T.

Participating Arizona wineries: Dos Cabezas WineWorks, Jerome Winery, Pillsbury Wine, Quail Distributing, Silvertap Wines and Su Vino Winery.

Participating brewers: Four Peaks, Lumberyard, Honey Brown and Sam Adams.

There also will be a stage for cooking demonstrations by chefs:

Saturday: 11:30, Jacques Qualin (J&G Steakhouse); 12:30, Silvana Salcido Esparza (Barrio Café); 1:30, Anthony Dias Blue (wine expert); 2:30, Julia Baker (Julia Baker Confections), 3:30, Aaron May (Vitamin T).

Sunday: 11:30, Payton Curry (Guerrilla Gourmet); 12:30 – Bernie Kantak (Citizen Public House); 1:30, Matt Smith (Boa Bistro & Caffé Boa); 2:30, Justin Beckett (Beckett’s Table).

New this year will be a dessert lounge inside the museum featuring AJ’s Fine Foods bakery specialties, Urban Cookies, Delicious Dishes and Espressions Coffee Roastery.

Valley musician Roger Clyne, who will be on hand to promote his Mexican Moonshine tequila, will perform at 12:15 Sunday. Other music acts: What Laura Says (11 a.m. Sat.), Hot Birds and the Chili Sauce (1:30 Sat.), Steve Ansel & The Jackson Street Band (11 a.m. Sun.) and Calumet (1:30 Sun.).

For the price of admission – $59 in advance or $69 at door for single day, $90 advance or $118 at door for both days – festival-goers can enjoy unlimited food and drink samples from all restaurants, confectioners, wineries and craft brewers.

The festival runs 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
