Rosa Blanca Café Gilbert AZ

Stylish Mexico City street food apparently doesn’t sell in Gilbert: Rosa Blanca Café has closed after less than a year in business.

Rosa Blanca opened on the northeast corner of Val Vista and Elliot in February. The menu featured tacos and tortas, but with an upscale twist.

No, over-priced, bland food doesn’t sell in Gilbert (at least not at an independent restaurant). Ultimately, it was the owner’s shitty attitude towards his customers that caused their demise.
