The Regal Beagle, a restaurant and bar on the southwest corner of Kyrene Road and Chandler Boulevard in west Chandler, has closed.
The business had been locked in a three-year dispute with the city over noise complaints from music performances on its patio.
The Regal Beagle took over the former Howie’s Bar & Eatery space in 2007. Before becoming Howie’s, it was a sports bar called Hitts.
It’s in the same center as the infamous Heart Attack Grill, which closed last year.
