Prix fixe Mother’s Day menu at D’Vine

D'Vine Chandler AZThere’ll be three seatings – 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. – for a special four-course Mother’s Day brunch at D’Vine Chandler. The $30 prix fixe menu will offer five entrees:

  • Breakfast pizza topped with sausage, fingerling potatoes, fried egg, cheese blend, poblano cream, arugula, and sweet jalapeno vinaigrette
  • Crossaint sandwich with house-smoked salmon, scrambled egg and gouda cheese, with avocado cherry tomato salad and sweet potato fries
  • Citrus-roasted Alaskan sablefish with quinoa pasta tossed with sweet peppers, onions, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and feta cheese
  • Seared sea scallops over basil-parmesan risotto with mango-tomato relish, spring pea tendrils, and chimichurri sauce
  • Grilled skirt steak over cheesy scalloped potatoes and roasted asparagus with fried egg poblano Hollandaise sauce and salsa verde
