Firestone Walker Brewing rep Jeff Prior will be at the Hungry Monk in Chandler today to tap a firkin of the Paso Robles, Calif., brewery’s cask-conditioned Union Jack IPA at 4 p.m. and a keg of its Russian imperial stout Parabola at 6 p.m.
A keg of Wookie Jack that was supposed to be tapped at 5 has been postponed because the beer hasn’t arrived in Arizona yet.
Firestone Walker won Best Mid-Size Brewing Company for the fourth time at last weekend’s World Beer Cup competition in San Diego.
