Il Vinaio in downtown Mesa introduced its summer seasonal menus last night. Dishes include (clockwise from upper left) an Asian chicken salad ($12), BBQ chicken flatbread ($9), sarsaparilla-braised pork carnitas with blue cheese slaw and polenta cake ($17), and linguini and clams carbonara ($16).
