Arriba owner dies in helicopter crash

Arriba Mexican Grill owner Raymond Perry was one of four people killed when the helicopter he was piloting crashed into the Verde River northeast of the Valley over the weekend. The Phoenix resident owned six Arribas, including restaurants in Gilbert and Ahwatukee. Read the Republic story here.
