Desert Roots Kitchen, a health-conscious breakfast-and-lunch eatery, has opened in the former In Season Deli space on Mill venue in downtown Tempe.
The menu, which focuses on vegetarian and vegan dishes, changes daily. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Monday through Friday.
