The numbers are in from the third annual Ultimate Slider Celebration at Chompies on Wednesday.
According to Chompies, diners consumed a record 11,495 Jewish Sliders, which were just 99 cents at the deli’s four locations.
That easily beats last year’s total of 8,650 and the inaugural year’s 7,600.
The sliders – mini challah rolls filled with lean brisket, mini potato pancakes, and Jack cheese – normally are three for $11.99.
