Ahwatukee wine and cheese chop Wedge & Bottle is celebrating the start of the Summer Olympics by offering an English cheese plate for just $12 Friday and Saturday.
In addition, there’ll be a 15 percent discount on select beers and ciders.
This weekend will be your last chance to stock up on cheese for awhile. Wedge & Bottle will close for two weeks, in part so owners Troy and Krista Daily can attend the American Cheese Society Conference in Raleigh, N.C.
The shop will re-open Tuesday, Aug. 14.
