The $35 prix fixe menu features four squash-centric courses, plus an optional starter of zucchini fritters and fried ricotta-stuffed blossoms with a jalapeno tzatziki for an additional $10.
Diners can choose from three entree options: Petrale sole with Orangetti squash, butternut squash gnocchi with pork shoulder, or char-grilled lamb loin with roasted summer squash and barley salad.
Dessert will be browned butter squash ice cream.
Diners can add three wine pairings for $15.
