Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, a Lousiana-based fast-food chain, opens its first East Valley restaurant Friday in Tempe.

The new store, located on the northeast corner of University and Rural, serves only one entree: chicken fingers (fresh, never frozen) with its signature Cane’s Sauce. There are three side options: Fries, cole slaw and Texas toast.

The first 101 people in line when the doors open at 10 a.m. Friday will get a free combo box lunch. One lucky winner will receive free chicken fingers for a year.

The Tempe location is the third in Arizona. Two Phoenix locations opened last year.
