Latitude Eight, the accaimed Thai restaurant in downtown Chandler, is closed for lunch through Thursday, but remains open for dinner starting at 5 p.m.
The four-year-old restaurant is putting final touches on new menus for lunch, happy hour and dinner. It also will introduce what it calls a “lunch club” program.
The new happy hour menu, drink menu and lunch program will debut next week.
