Today: Last chance for ApriQuat Ale

By Jess Harter Thursday, September 20, 2012

The Hungry Monk in Chandler taps Arizona’s last keg of ApriQuat ale at 3 p.m. today during a Sierra Nevada tap takeover.

The pale ale, flavored with apricots and kumquats, was brewed at one of Sierra Nevada’s “Beer Camps” by Hungry Monk owner Jim Lolli and Whole Foods Chandler‘s James Swann.

Today’s tap takeover also will feature Floral IPA, Imperial Pils, Oatmeal Stout, Porter, Pale Ale, Kellerweisse, Southern Hemisphere, Tumbler Brown Ale, and Torpedo IPA.

There also will be a food special: Hickory-smoked pulled pork sliders made with Sierra Nevada Porter.
