Cadillac Ranch is combining National Pork Month and Oktoberfest into a special, month-long beer-and-pork menu – dubbed “Porktoberfest” – that launches today.
- Appetizers: Green Chile Pork Nachos, Bacon Won Tons, Pulled Pork Quesadilla
- Sandwiches: Locally Made Beer Brat, Maple Bacon Porkwich, Pulled Pork Sandwich
- Burgers: The Fifty/Fifty (half-pound patty 50% ground bacon and 50% ground Angus chuck), The Boss Hog (burger topped with bacon and pulled pork, pictured above)
- Entrees: Rodeo Rack Ribs, Bacon Mac N Cheese
- Dessert: Bacon Caramel Brownie
