Ron Lynch, the Tempe businessman who franchised Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery in 2006, will appear on the Nov. 9 episode of the CBS series “Undercover Boss.”
The Emmy-winning series features corporation owners or executives going undercover as an entry-level employee in his or her own company.
“Being 6 foot 6 inches tall with a very recognizable look and voice has made it difficult in the past for me to visit our locations without being recognized,†Lynch (pictured before and after disguise) notes in a press release.
Tilted Kilt is a Celtic-themed sports bar and restaurant that employs scantly-clad female servers in kilts.
The family-run business – Lynch’s wife, two daughters, and brother work in the Tempe corporate office –  has grown to more than 70 locations nationwide.
