Joyride Taco House to open June 3 next to Postino in downtown Gilbert

Gilbert, AZJoyride Taco House, which will serve “Mexican food made for daily life,” will open June 3 next to Postino in the former GrainBelt GrillHouse building in downtown Gilbert.

The restaurant is the latest brainchild of  Upward Projects, whose concepts also include Postino, Windsor, Churn, and Federal Pizza.

The menu will offer slow-roasted meats, house-made tortillas, mix-and-match taco plates, and aguas fresca.

The 3,400-square-foot space will feature a colorful decor with concrete tiles imported from Mexico, garage doors at both the front and back of the building, and two patios.

Joyride will be open for lunch and dinner daily.
