Sierra Nevada beer dinner menu:
- Spicy shrimp and crab bruschetta (paired with Summerfest pilsner)
- Fig salad with prosciutto, micro greens, golden raisins, feta, croutons, and a prosciutto vinaigrette (Kellerweis hefeweizen)
- Ricotta-and-spinach-stuffed pork tenderloin with fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus (Torpedo pale ale)
- Cinnamon apple cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream (Bigfoot barleywine)
