Bourbon Jacks in downtown Chandler is holding its first-ever Whiskies of the World dinner Wednesday, Feb. 12.

The five-course dinner will be prepared by Bourbon Jacks chef Jason Williams and hosted by Dr. Tom Turner, master of whiskey for Diageo, the world’s largest producer of spirits.

Whiskies of the World dinner menu:

  • Johnnie Walker Gold Reserve with Oysters Rockefeller
  • Bushmills with blackened steak salad with grilled asparagus, shaved asiago, heirloom tomatoes, and caramelized shallot vinaigrette
  • Crown Royal Reserve with tandoori chicken wings
  • George Dickel rye with sweet-spicy pork belly sliders with house-made sweet pickled cucumbers, daikon slaw, and green onion mayo
  • Bulleit Bourbon with Bulleit- infused tiramisu

The five-course meal is $55 per person. Cocktail reception starts at 6 p.m. RSVP: 480-664-1738.
