House of Brews in Gilbert has launched a new brunch menu available 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays and Sunday.

(With today’s kickoff of college basketball’s March Madness, the brunch menu also will be offered this morning and Friday morning.)

Selections include Left Hand Milk Stout pancakes with real Vermont syrup ($8) and French toast battered with Breckenridge Vanilla Porter and topped with apple sugar marscapone ($9, pictured).

On the savory side, there’s dishes like corned beef hash and eggs ($8), a ham and egg sandwich ($8), a breakfast burrito ($7), and HOB Benedict ($10).

Every breakfast item includes one Bloody Mary or mimosa, as well as a choice from a dozen sides, ranging from potatoes O’Brien to mac and cheese to white beans.

See the full brunch menu here.
