MWC Bistro, the recently opened Gilbert spinoff of Ahwatukee’s My Wine Cellar, is offering its first series of Wine 101 classes starting Monday.
The classes, which have been popular at the Ahwatukee location, will run from 6-7:30 p.m. Mondays for four weeks. Each class will cover a different varietal.
Those interested can take one class for $25 or all four for $80. Mention you saw this on MXSW and you can take all four for just $50.
Each class includes four wines, small bites of food, and take-home materials. Wine 201 and Wine 301 classes will be offered in the future.
