AZ Pho & Grill, a stylish Vietnamese restaurant, has opened on the southwest corner of Gilbert and Queen Creek roads in south Chandler.

The space previously was home to Natalia’s 1912, which closed in July.

As its name implies, AZ Pho & Grill’s menu puts an emphasis on pho, a noodle soup that’s the unofficial national street food of Vietnam.

The pho comes in seven varieties from steak ($8.95) to chicken ($8.95) to seafood ($10.95).

Rice dishes start with grilled chicken or pork ($7.95). Several options also include egg, either sunny side up or as a steamed cake, with a grilled meat.

There are seven vermicelli (rice noodle) bowls, three other noodle soups, and even a couple bánh mì (sandwiches). Almost every menu item is under $10.

Beverages include smoothies and boba milk teas with various toppings or jellies.

AZ Pho & Grill will be closed next Wednesday (Sept. 24) but otherwise is open for lunch and dinner daily.
