Chip Mulala from SanTan Brewing wants to clear up some of the recent confusion over changes in the Chandler brewery’s seasonal release calendar.

Sex Panther: The winter seasonal, a double chocolate porter, traditionally been released in January. This year, due to public demand, SanTan decided to release it Nov. 1.

“We ended up releasing it even earlier after the huge response we got from Oktoberfest Lager in cans for the first time,” Mulala says.

It will be available through Jan. 31.

Winter Warmer: The aged English strong ale, formerly a winter seasonal, now is part of SanTan’s new Vault Series of higher-ABV ales.

“It will be released on draft and Canzilla at the pub the week before Thanksgiving and in 16-ounce cans to retailers in December,” Mulala says.

RailSlide: The imperial spiced ale also has been removed from the seasonal series but added to SanTan’s Pilot Series of beers.

“RailSlide will take a hiatus but this local favorite will make a showing again in the future,” Mulala says.

Mr. Pineapple: The uber-popular summer seasonal’s release will be moved up to Feb. 1 in time for the Super Bowl and the Cactus League.
