Been waiting for all those new restaurants to open in downtown Gilbert? Looks like you’ll have to wait a little longer. Although Zinburger (pictured) managed to open in late October, the others have been pushed back again.

Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles is next up. Two weeks ago, they were pretty firm about a Dec. 15 opening. Now, owner Larry White is thinking the end of January.

That creates a domino effect on the builder’s schedule, moving Barrio Queen‘s opening from late January to late February, and Pomo Pizzeria‘s opening to March.

Breakfast eatery Snooze, which still hasn’t opened its new Tempe location, says its Gilbert one now isn’t expected to be finished until summer.

Unless, of course, all the dates get pushed back again.
