The Brass Tap, a 60-tap craft beer bar at Mesa Riverview, is rolling out some food menu changes today.

Additions include a grilled chicken salad with smoked gouda, peppadew peppers, onions, dried cranberries, and a new signature peppadew ranch dressing.

The dressing also is available on a new wedge salad, which also is available in a smaller size for a side salad.

Also new is a chicken BLT wrap, spinach artichoke dip, and buffalo chicken dip

Pretzels are now fresh-baked Bavarian pretzel sticks, which still come beer cheese and pale ale mustard for dipping.

The prime rib nachos now are served on tortilla chips with lettuce, olives, sour cream, salsa, beer cheese, peppadew peppers, jalapenos, jack cheese, and double prime rib meat.

Gone are the pork flatbread and grilled cheese panini.

Also today, The Brass Tap will unveil a new wine menu, available in 5- and 7-ounce servings, plus by the bottle.

The list includes Trinity Oaks Chardonnay; Naked Grape Pinot Grigio, Moscato, and Cab Sauv; Columbia Crest Two Vines Riesling; Apothic Red Blend; Ghost Pines Red Blend; and Louis M. Martini Cab Sauv.
