The Perch Pub & Brewery in downtown Chandler opened last Valentine’s Day. But it will celebrate its one-year anniversary Sunday, Feb. 15, with another holiday – Mardi Gras.

The all-day, 21-and-over bash will start at 11 a.m. and feature traditional Mardi Gras food, local music, a local craft alley, and craft beers.

Chef Matt Marlowe will be preparing jambalaya, a whole pig roast, and a crawfish boil. Some regular menu items also will be available.

Head brewer Andrew Bauman will release his Oaked Bourbon Belgian Peach Ale, brewed specifically for the party.

A four-band lineup will be anchored by Valley favorite Walt Richardson from 7-9 p.m.

Cover charge will be $5.
