The Gilbert Food Truck Food Court moves to its third location in the past month Friday night.
Its original home was on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Vaughn downtown – just across Gilbert Road from Oregano’s.
After a brief dalliance at the Park & Ride parking lot next to the water tower, the weekly roundup now moves to its new home: The former dirt lot just east of its original site but on the north side of Vaughn (see map above).
Organizers are asking patrons to park either in the lot south of Vaughn or in the parking garage behind Zinburger.
Hours are still the same – 5-9:30 p.m.-ish – and, thanks to a successful Go Fund Me campaign, organizers have purchased new tables.

Downtown Ocotillo Weekly Food Truck Event
Chandler’s fledgling food truck roundup, which launched last week and drew around 100 people, is adding trucks this Friday.
It’ll run 5:30-9:30 p.m. at Downtown Ocotillo, a commercial development on Queen Creek between Dobson and Price.
