Learn about the history, methods, grapes, regions, and types of sparkling wines from around the world when My Wine Cellar holds a two-week Bubbles Class.
The class will run 1-2:30 p.m. this Saturday and Saturday, July 18, at the Ahwatukee wine bar.
The cost is $50 for both classes, or just $40 if you’re a member of MWC’s wine club.
