La Ristra New Mexican Kitchen in Gilbert hosts its annual Hatch Chile Festival this weekend.
From Friday through Sunday, the restaurant will be roasting its year’s supply of chiles, which it picked up in Hatch, N.M., earlier this month.
The weekend also will include special dishes featuring Hatch green chiles and a tap takeover by Santa Fe Brewing.
The Cover Ups Duo will perform Friday night, with Stephen Griffith playing Saturday night.
