The Wild Vine Uncorked, the much-anticipated new wine bar opening on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Chandler Heights in south Chandler, will open to the public Wednesday.

The space began as the home of firehouse-themed Nozzleheads Grille & Pub in 2005, followed by Tom’s BBQ in 2009 and Bourbon Street BBQ & Beer in 2013.

An 18-seat bar (pictured below) offers 14 craft beers on tap, glasses of wine starting at $5, and a selection of specialty cocktails. The wine list will start with around 60 selections, but that will be winnowed down over time based on customer preferences.

Overall, Wild Vine will accommodate 92 people, including the sidewalk patio in front (with tables and chairs, waterfall, and fireplace) and a newly installed patio on the north side (with lounge seating and fire pit).

The food menu is mostly small bites, brushchetta, and salads. You can click here to check it out.

Hours will be 2-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 2 p.m.-1 a.m. Friday, noon-1 a.m. Saturday, and noon-10 p.m. Sunday.

Happy hour will be 4-7 p.m. daily, but won’t be rolled out for a few weeks. They’re hoping to offer $3.50 glasses of house wine, as well as a $12 combo of two glasses of wine with a bruschetta or cheese board.

There’ll be live music from 7-10 p.m. Thursdays-Saturday. For opening week, the live music will be Wednesday-Sunday.
