BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse celebrates its signature dessert today with its annual Free Pizookie Day.
A Pizookie, if you’ve been living in a cave for the past decade, is a large cookie served warm in a deep-dish pizza pan and topped with ice cream.
BJ’s offers several varieties, led by its classic BJ’s Famous Pizookie with choice of chocolate chunk, peanut butter, or white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.
Other options include the Salted Caramel (pictured), Peanut Butter S’mores, Cookies ’n’ Cream, Triple Chocolate, and Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip.
There’s even a trio of three mini-Pizookies if you can’t choose just one.
