Craft 64, the artisan pizzeria and craft beer bar that opened in Old Town Scottsdale in March, has reached an agreement with SunUp Brewing in Phoenix to contract-brew a line of Craft 64 beers.

The first three will be Crafty Blonde Ale, Smoooove Hoperator IPA, and Bonkers Double IPA.

Craft 64 will provide their own recipes for the beers, which will be collaborations among SunUp brewmaster Uwe Boer, SunUp sales manager Barry Tingleff, and Craft 64 partner James Swann.

‘‘This a great news for us at Craft 64 as we have great respect for Uwe and simply don’t have the space necessary to build a brewhouse at our location,’’ Swann says.

The beers will be served not only at Craft 64, but also distributed to other restaurants and bars. SunUp will continue to brew its own beers in addition to the Craft 64 beers.

Both parties are award-winning brewers. Earlier this year, SunUp’s White Russian imperial stout was named Best Local Beer by New Times.

In 2014, Swann won a bronze medal at the Great American Beer Festival for Brother Dewey’s Date Night, a collaboration with College Street.

‘‘We can’t think of a better place to be and feel extremely honored that SunUp thought enough of us to enter into this partnership,’’ Swann says.

The first beer will be brewed with a crew from Craft 64 on Monday, Nov. 30, putting its release sometime around the end of the year.

Contract brewing is nothing new for SunUp. At one time, it brewed beers for Papago, which currently contracts most of its beers with Huss.
