Top of the Rock Restaurant is offering a special three-course meal to raise money for Arizona Camp Sunrise & Sidekicks, where children fighting cancer can spend a week riding horses, fishing, and sitting around campfires.

Through Feb. 29, diners can enjoy the $40 meal created by executive chef Gregory Wiener, with $5 per dinner donated to the camp:

  • 1st course: Roasted bone marrow with giardiniera, arugula salad, Noble bread
  • 2nd course: 24-hour brisket with smoked winter squash, charred radicchio, chimichurri
  • 3rd course: Yogurt mousse with huckleberries, almond dacquoise, pecan brittle

Top of the Rock Restaurant & Bar is located at Phoenix Marriott Tempe at The Buttes.

Arizona Camp Sunrise & Sidekicks, founded in 1983 as the first camp in Arizona for children with cancer, is located south of Payson.
