By Jess Harter Friday, June 17, 2016

Those who get MXSW’s Weekend Guide e-newsletter already know this, but for those who don’t subscribe:

The Valley’s newest ramen shop, Nishikawa Ramen in Chandler, is having its soft opening today.

Located on the southwest corner of Cooper and Ray (in the old Taiko Japanese space), Nishikawa features a 20-hour broth and noodles made from scratch every morning.

Six kinds of ramen range from $9.45 to $11.45.

Please remember it’s a soft opening and adjust your expectations appropriately.

Nishikawa Ramen is open for lunch and dinner daily.
