Four Peaks places its 1st out-of-state distribution bet on Las Vegas

By Jess Harter Monday, June 27, 2016

Four Peaks Brewing, Arizona’s largest brewery, will begin selling its beers outside the state for first time in its 20-year history next month.

Not surprisingly, the lucky market is Las Vegas, which will begin selling Kilt Lifter Scottish-style Ale, Hop Knot IPA, and Peach Ale in restaurants, bars, casinos, and stores on July 11.

Four Peaks’ other beers eventually will make their way to Sin City as well.

The announcement comes six months after the Tempe brewery was acquired by Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world’s largest beer company.

Before the sale, the Brewers Association had ranked Four Peaks the 49th-largest U.S. craft brewery by volume.
