Seattle-based fast-casual chain MOD Pizza opens its 10th Valley location – and seventh in the East Valley – Thursday on the northwest corner of Cooper and Warner in Gilbert.
The first 52 people in line will receive a free pizza. Others will be entered in a drawing for free pizzas for a year and other prizes.
The doors open at noon, and 100% of pizza sales on opening day will be donated to East Valley Firefighter Charities.
