Black Rock Coffee Bar, a Portland-based coffeehouse chain that launched in 2008, will make its Arizona debut with three locations in the East Valley:
- The southwest corner of Alma School & Ocotillo in Chandler (pictured)
- The southwest corner of Arizona Avenue & Loop 202 in Chandler
- Power Road, a quarter-mile south of Ray, in Mesa
All three will have walk-in service plus a drive-through.
Look for the Ocotillo location to open near the beginning of October, the Power location in November, and the Loop 202 location in January.
More Valley locations are planned.
Black Rock – which offers a variety of drink options, from drip coffee to mochas to espresso to hot tea – currently has 18 locations in Oregon, six in Washington, and one in California.
