This week’s ‘Taste of Romeo’s Euro Cafe’ menu: Chicken Ziti & Milanesa

Romeo’s Euro Cafe in Gilbert holds its weekly ‘‘Taste of Romeo’s’’ dinner, hosted by chef Romeo Taus and his wife, Janice, in a private dinning room, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

This week’s menu of rotating selections from the restaurant’s regular menu:

  • Feta Dill Fritters: A blend of gyro meat, feta cheese, fresh dill, spinach, and pine nuts.
  • Chef Salad: Turkey, ham, Swiss and provolone cheese, crisp bacon, artichokes heart, and olives on salad greens. With feta dressing.
  • Chicken Ziti: Artichoke hearts, onions, chicken, and ziti noodles baked in creamy ricotta sauce and topped with provolone.
  • Milanesa (pictured): Lightly breaded pork cutlets with garlic-horseradish mashed potatoes, roasted pepper-garlic jardinière, and lemon wedges.
  • Mini Mocha Tartlets

Cost is $27 per person plus tax and tip. Add five wine tastes for $10. RSVP: 480-962-4224.
