By Jess Harter Tuesday, August 23, 2016

Four Peaks Brewing in Tempe has expanded its Eighth Street brew pub, opening a gift shop/studio and enlarged waiting area on its east side.

The 2,000-square-foot addition, the last portion of the century-old creamery property that wasn’t part of Four Peaks, now serves as the entrance to the brew pub.

New features include:

  • Adirondack chairs and bourbon-barrel tables in the waiting area
  • A bocce ball court that also can be used for cornhole
  • A 20-tap tower to serve the patio
  • A growler-filling station

Four Peaks is celebrating the expansion with a gift card deals and special tappings this week.
