Phoenix-based Press Coffee Roasters will open its fourth Valley store Saturday at the Downtown Ocotillo development in south Chandler.

Located on Queen Creek Road between Price and Dobson, the development is home to several restaurants, including Sauce Pizza & Wine, The Living Room, and Chophouse.

“This was a part of town we’ve been looking to be a part of for quite some time, a place we knew embraces community, local flair and passion for all things great,’’ Press Coffee co-owner Steve Kraus says.

‘‘We are excited to bring our passion for coffee to the wonderful people of Chandler and Ocotillo, and create a neighborhood hub for good coffee and breakfast.”

Kraus and his wife, Channel 12 personality Tram Mai, launched then-Press Coffee Food & Wine in Phoenix in 2008. They opened their own roastery in south Phoenix in 2012.

Currently, Press Coffee has stores at Sky Harbor airport, the Scottsdale Quarter, and the Skywater Apartments in Tempe.

Two more stores – at the Motley Apartments in Tempe and the Muse Apartments in Phoenix – are scheduled to open in 2017.

The Chandler store will open at 6:30 a.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. weekends.
