The Oink Cafe, a breakfast-and-lunch eatery that offers flights of bacon, will make its East Valley debut next month in the former Marcello’s Pasta Grill building on the southwest corner of McClintock and Warner in south Tempe.

It’ll be the concept’s third location, joining others in Phoenix and Tucson.

The breakfast menu offers traditional favorites like omelets, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy, but also a number of bacon-centric dishes, including a flight of eight different kinds of bacon for $8.99.

Similarly, the lunch menu features salads, a 50-50 burger (half beef, half bacon), sandwiches (including a BLT and BBQ pork),  and maple bacon doughnuts.

Look for The Oink Cafe to open the first week of December.
