The Valley’s third Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, originally scheduled to open in downtown Gilbert in mid-2016, finally has announced its opening date: Monday, Feb. 27.
The 8,700 square-foot restaurant and bar, being built on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Vaughn, will be Whiskey Row’s largest location and include a stage for live music, a large dance floor, a sprawling patio with cornhole and ping-pong, and 50 beers on tap.
