Pizza Pie Cafe, an Idaho-based chain of pizza-and-pasta buffets that made its Arizona debut in Gilbert in 2015, is opening a second location next month at the Superstition Springs Center mall in east Mesa. It’s taking over the former Ruby Tuesday’s space between T.J. Maxx and Dillard’s.
