For the first time in 39 years, the Scottsdale Culinary Festival has added a national headliner to its music lineup: Singer LeAnn Rimes. The fest will take place Saturday, April 8, and Sunday, April 9, at Scottsdale Civic Center Mall. Rimes will perform April 8.
