Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, which was scheduled to open Feb. 27 on the southeast corner of Gilbert Road and Vaughn Avenue in downtown Gilbert, has been pushed back at least a week. The 8,700-square-foot restaurant and bar now is planning a grand opening Thursday, March 16, with a soft opening about a week before.
