After last weekend’s soft opening, Gilbert’s weekly food truck roundup celebrates the grand opening of its new location today. The Valley’s premier vegan festival features dozens of restaurants, food trucks, vendors, and chefs. General admission is $25. 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday at the Phoenix Theatre/Phoenix Art Museum campus.
