Guedo’s Cantina Grille, a downtown Chandler institution for 30 years before closing in January 2016, has reopened in Gilbert as Guedo’s Taco Shop. Same menu, same recipes (but closed Mondays). It takes over the former Jimmy’s of Chicago space on the northeast corner of Gilbert and Pecos.
