Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in downtown Gilbert will hold its soft opening Tuesday, then celebrate its grand opening on Thursday, March 16, with a free concert by Kelsea Ballerini (pictured), the first female country singer in 25 years to have her first three singles hit No. 1. Although the concert is free, tickets are being given out on a first-come, first-served basis via the restaurant’s website.
