After a year of delays, Cornish Pasty Co. finally has opened on the southwest corner of Central and Monroe in downtown Phoenix. The menu features more than 40 kinds of hand pies known pasties. The three-story restaurant – each floor has its own bar – is CPC’s fifth Valley location, including two in Tempe and one in Mesa.
